Our Keto Philosophy
We like the ketogenic diet, and believe that it can benefit many. But we’re not here to preach its use. We recognize that we’re all individuals with unique physiological processes, and what may be beneficial for some, could be non impactful, or downright harmful to others (like those with type 1 diabetes). However, we do believe adopting a keto-mindset, is undeniably helpful. A tremendous amount of carbohydrates consumed are found in sugary drinks, snacks, and highly processed foods. So, by cutting out these things, we are already on the road to better health – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
